• Conduct system analysis resulting in computer automation to produce or enhance business process; analyze computer data to deduce system function, develop and implement programmatic solutions to include modern/responsive MVC Web, web service, and console applications to meet business need
• Prepare comprehensive system analytical and operational reports for management review, work under strict time constraints
• Work within a team to evaluate, design, develop, test, implement and support computer applications
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with court staff, judicial officers, law and justice agencies, and vendors; and organize and prioritize work assignments.
Qualifications:
• Website, Web Service, and Application Development. Heavily focused in Microsoft .Net, .Net Core, C#, HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, MVC pattern Responsive design.
• Application Server/Middleware. IIS specific, Docker, Team Foundation Server
• Database Technologies. Microsoft SQL Server to include SQL (DML/DDL/Admin), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Services Integration Services (SSIS).
• Desktop Software/plugins. Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, TOAD, XMLSpy, Visual Studio, VMWare, SQL Server Management Studio, LINQ, ReSharper, Adobe Acrobat
• Operating Systems. Windows, Windows Server 20xx
• Protocols. HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, REST, SOAP
• Web Browsers. Edge, Chrome, IE, Firefox
• Previous experience in developing an application that integrated with the Tyler Odyssey Case Management: 2014.x, 2018.x, 2019.x is desirable- Nice to have.
• General knowledge of business practice in the following case categories: Traffic, Family, Civil, Small Claims, Probate, Criminal, Juvenile- Nice to have.
