Experience with multiple Azure PAAS services such as ASE,AKS, Event Hub, Azure Service Bus, Azure functions
Development experience or deep understanding of object oriented code such as Java/NodeJS
Performance implications of things like Heavy java objects, Bad promises handling etc
Ability to analyze performance tests with tools like Dynatrace, elk, Graphana and come up with Why something is not performing well and work closely with Dev team on architecture and design reviews.
Ability to troubleshoot and identify performance issues
Work with dev teams to understand SLA’s and Non functional requirements such as projected Transactions per second and test case creations
Understanding flow of each api and how to test for both happy path and edge case scenarios by working with dev
Database Experience with Mongo and Cosmos and other no SQL is a plus
Understanding of Garbage collection , Thread Management and connection pooling a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks and also support production issues.
Strong Communication and Soft Skills
Experience Required Minimum 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform load tests to validate system performance and stability.
Analyze tests results and work with Developers and Engineers to perform bug fixes.
Provide technical assistance to improve system performance, capacity, reliability and scalability.
Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions.
Oversee system performance lifecycle and identify key metrics for performance improvements.
Evaluate system performances and recommend improvements.
Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
Review execution logs and trend analysis
Focus on ‘lessons learned’ for continuous process improvement
Must be self-motivated and self-driven
