•           Well verse with retail domain include Supply Chain, Merchandising, Accounting, Retail,

•           Must have 8+ Years of Retail domain experience

•           Understanding of BRD,FSD,BRE

•           Hand on experience Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint,  Wordpad, Visio

Roles & Responsibilities

•             Lead and participate in the development of the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications Document (FSD)

•             Balancing the requirements and what the owner defines as value to the overall project

•             Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical experts in various settings including small groups, large groups, and focus groups

•             Review the Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) to ensure that the requirements meet the goal of the overall project

•             Ensure that project requirements are being managed, tracked, documented and updated in a timely manner

•             Identify gaps between business needs and system functionality

•             Research and  perform analysis to provide recommendations around technical and  business challenges

•             Participate in the development of user acceptance test plans and participate in the user acceptance testing

•             Create and maintain documentation as appropriate for requirements, workflows and processes

•             Manage, foster and develop team relationships

•             Be a collaborative and transparent team member
