• Estimation, requirement analysi, wireframing, layout design of assigned project
• Handling coding works or major / complex parts of assigned projects
• Providing coding help and supervision to team members.
• Maintaining and auditing code / design quality as per set guideline and
• Testing of completed tasks in ongoing projects in team
• Remove the technical impediments
• Focusing the team to ensure an on-time delivery of the agreed task.
• Facilitating code / design reuse.
• Training and mentoring of team members.

• Take accountability of the plan and execute the plan as committed
• Coordinate with PO, architects, and BA on the stories
• Estimate the stories that needs to be designed
• Design and build the backend features scheduled in the sprint
• Execute stories, and deliver quality output
• Guide the team and be SPOC for impediments
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies
