• Strong Hands-on Experience in IBM Infosphere DataStage 11.X versions and Facets knowledge on Provider Space.

• Develops strategies to analyze existing data sets, identify Master, Reference and Metadata for data acquisitions and Data Reporting, data profiling, identification of match rules, cleansing, data quality and source data remediation.

• Responsible for management and integrity of IT solutions and manages technical ETL developers on DataStage.

• Demonstrated hands-on development skills with SQL, PL/SQL, ETL technologies.

• Plays multiple roles such as: Interface between business SMEs and IT, lead the technical developers, and work closely with various cross functional teams to implement IT solutions.

• Mediator between organizations requiring varying data collection and data reporting users and catalyst for converting data into knowledge management.

• Advise / suggest the ITSM process to other team members and co-ordinate with the development / deployment and QA teams

• Provide the solution to the Business Analyst to write the FRD’s of the requirement that business users provided.

• Provider solutions for the online provider directory for all lines of business
