Experience on warehouse management system Preferably MRS or HighJump

Closely work with SME or stakeholders and define business needs and objectives

Expertise on various methods and techniques to elicit requirements

Identify business benefits, define measures, business KPIs

Work closely with Prodcut owner and prioritize the requirements

Business rule, Process Flow Mapping and tracing business benefits or values to requirements and objectives

Create product backlog and groom the team

Create Epic and Stories in JIRA with acceptance criteria

Identification and tracking of gaps and dependencies

Assessment of business value and the impact on the project

Support change request, trainings, business readiness, implementation of measures

Triage QA and UAT defects to ensure viability prior to reporting to development

Strong analytical skills and perform gap analysis

Good communication skills

Experience working on multi-vendor and global team
