· 4 to 6 Years’ experience in Oracle HCM Payroll suite
· Responsible for processing Multi-State semi-monthly payroll
· Responsible for processing all non-exempt regular hours, overtime, double-time
· Assist employees with timecard input questions
· Responsible for day to day responses to employees and business units questions via Payroll hotline and Payroll emails
· Ensure all Payroll hotline/Email requests are completed in a professional and timely manner
· Review all paperwork for new hires/terminations/changes entered by HR to ensure employees are paid correctly
· Prepare manual checks as needed between cycles
· Ensure payroll associate data is updated and maintained accurately and timely, including exception items such as retroactive adjustments, deductions, etc.
· Must have experience running of 10+ payrolls per month
· Extensive problem solving skills required
· Extensive experience with commission and bonus payouts
· Assists in development of overall payroll procedures by recommending improvements or changes when deemed necessary for greater efficiency
· Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis
· Reconcile general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
· Must be able to multi task and juggle several priorities without becoming overwhelmed
· Will provide adherence to auditing process/procedure of payroll staff
· Will have a high degree of respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity of payroll
