- 3+ years of strong experience in React-Native and Redux development
- Hands on knowledge on JavaScript, Typescript
- Familiarity with redux-saga architecture and writing unit test cases
- Good understanding of MVC frameworks and REST APIs
- Understanding and grasp of Agile development and Scrum practices
- Flexibility and deadline driven
- Familiarity with version control like Git
- Good communication skills
- Ability to write well-documented, clean React-Native code with good code quality
- Design and document the new requirements
- Active participation in all technical discussions with client
- Interaction with client for daily progress
- Coordination with offshore team
- Keep track of releases with QA
