_ At least 10 years PM experience with a variety of technologies, projects, and processes, such as:  SAAS, PAAS, Application Development, Integration, Website Development and Rollouts, Drupal 9, Wordpress, and HTML/CSS

_ Hardware & software deployments across multiple sites for various County departments with minimal end‐user impact and downtime

_ Website redesign using a Drupal environment

_ Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills to all

stakeholders to achieve project outcome

_ Excellent customer service skills and follow‐through

_ Excellent project management track record of delivering program/project goals and objectives

within set constraints

_ Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders including but not limited to

executive leadership, teams and customers

_ Strong and effective collaboration skills and innovative ways to support program and project

resources to reach necessary outcomes

_ Experience with risk assessment and mitigation, issue management, escalation, and project

reporting.

_ Experience ensuring projects are tracked, managed, and reported according to industry standards

such as PMI best practices

_ Ability to contribute to the continuous improvement of the PMO group

_ Familiarity with various development project management methodologies

_ Excellent ability to understand and negotiate activities with schedule, cost, and scope with team

and leadership to meet the goals

_ Strong experience with contracts, vendor and client relationship management

_ PMP Certification, required
