Need to have profiles having more experienced in Selenium/Java. They should be able to drive the project independently from client side.

Need to have framework level experience.
Need to have very good experience in Java atleast 3 years ,
Need to have very good experience Automation tools experience.
Candidate would be able to drive an automation project from client side.
Need to have java/selenium experience. Automation knowledge in QTP, VB Scripting.

• 8 years of experience and expertise in quality assurance testing methodologies, processes, and strategies in Retail or PLM Domain
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience in designing and developing Test Automation frameworks
• Advanced level experience with Selenium Web Driver. Experience with Javascript based test automation frameworks will be an advantage
• Experience working in a CI (Continuous Integration) and CD (Continuous Delivery) environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to proactively collaborate with POs/Leads and drive defect and issue resolutions
• Knowledge and understanding in translating high level design into Test Cases documentation
• Experience in application development and deployment tools such as: GitHub; Eclipse; Gradle; Maven; Jenkins, etc.

Nice to have :

• Working knowledge of AWS components and AWS Based testing
• Experience with PTC Windchill/FlexPLM experience
• Experience with relational databases: Oracle and MySQL
