The candidate needs to be a hands on functional tester/ on site lead with a total of 7-8 years experience. 
-The resource will be participating in a meeting every day with 20 other applications owners to speak about bug defects and understand the resolutions. 
-This person will be coordinating daily with the offshore team in China and India. 
-This person has to understand Defects and how to validate them. Which will require having hands on experience with SQL to query the Database. 
This will be 60% coordination and 30% hands on testing. 
Purely functional testing and if they have and BA experience that would be a plus.
