Strong in QA processes especially Agile, defect management, triage, test data management  
Should be able to provide Testing Strategies and Plan for the program phase  
Should lead, coordinate the testing scope with QA resources at onsite and offshore  
Should be able to demo and present the functionality to Business and Architects  
Knowledge in JIRA  Excellent written and oral communication skills  
Ability to effectively work in a team environment characterized by rapid change and high availability targets  
Exposure to SQL, Selenium, Python, Json testing with highlighted skills.
