Build data pipelines to pull huge datasets from SDP/Kafka to Snowflake & OneLake Participate in Data Modeling and recommend solutions to team Write scripts to automate routine jobs Support source modernization efforts Create presentation tables, Fact tables, Dim tables Analyze sensitive data findings and remediate through automation

Must haves:
Someone who can do hands on but act as Managerial or SUpervisor as well where he can Guide (70% Hands on + 20-30% Managing), Need a Little Mature in talking to people may not be a Lead oor manager in past  
Very Strong SQL
Someone who has done ETL and Data Modelling Past she would like that
Finiding Sensitive Data, Gaps in Data, Resoving system issues or escalations withing the team and sometimes may be with dealer
If some work is done by the team this guy is supposed to do Presentation
Since all their system is completely Automated not a lot of requirements are there for a candidate, they dont have to do anything with Pythojn or wrute script. But their existing scripts are on Python so someone can understand that will also work out.
Any database woould work not really picky on Big Data or anything


Manager did not emphasised on this but Any cloud exp will be nice, Snowflake, Ex Cap1, Streaming tech like Kafka or SDP etc
