Here are some details of the team and setup we have that may be useful:
We spend most of our time writing custom plugins and maintaining a few home-grown themes; solid PHP and WP dev skills are required.

·         We work both on the front-end and back-end of the sites, and we can use specialists or generalists.

·        
We use Codeception and Jest for our Unit Testing requirements; familiarity with unit testing and TDD is a must, and experience with these tools would be nice to have.

·        
We use Composer and GitLab for our workflow; experience using these (and git) is a required.

·         Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines would be nice to have.
