- Knowledge of Azure Fundamentals and product knowledge on unified communication applications (Skype, Teams, etc)

- Excellent English reading, writing and speaking skills.

- Strong customer focus, be accountable for customer incidents end to end.

- Excellent understanding of Database concepts, experienced at document database queries.

- Experienced at troubleshooting web applications with web dev tools.

- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, an ability to use various data collection tools and methodologies to analyze problems, determine root cause and develop solutions.

Solid understanding of web-based technologies

Experience implementing and troubleshooting feed formats such as XML, and also knowledge of the common web programming languages

Fundamental communication skills to service diverse stakeholders.

Understanding of CMS architecture & coherences

Network Administration skills

- Ability to multitask.

Nice to have/desired:

- Knowledge on Programming languages like C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.
