- 10 Years’ experience in Core pega developer and plus 4+ years of PM experience
- Experience in Program Management, Project Management, Governance Risk and Compliance
- Good experience in Planning, Tracking & Monitoring
- Strong experience in project management of a large project with latest of technologies in Java/Oracle/SAP/AWS/PEGA
- Good work experience in Mobile suite applications based on Java, Web, Web services technologies
- Experienced user of Microsoft Project Suite (specifically including Word, Excel & Microsoft Project).
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Strong experience in creating project plans, work assignment, tracking and metrics measurement
- Knowledge of any technology upgrade project. Proven expertise in handling multiple projects at a time
