Should be able to understand the requirements and convert into BRD
Should have knowledge on MS BI and Big Data technologies
Good Knowledge of SQL ETL Data modeling complex query knowing Cosmos is added advantage
Proven experience in SQL Server writing complex T SQL queries Performance tuning 
Proven experience in Data Analysis dealing with large volume of datasets 
Proven experience in Design Implementation of end end data pipelines 
Project Program Management experience having played managerial roles
Client facing roles onsite experience 
Strong leadership interpersonal communication analytical and presentation skills
Experience in interacting and building relationship with client contacts at various levels
Assuring the client of commitments and driving the delivery process by working collaboratively with Offshore Onsite
Ability to learn and develop using new technologies quickly 
Sound problem resolution judgment negotiating and decision making skills
Good to have knowledge on Microsoft Azure technology and Big Data
Full project life cycle ownership successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously 
Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives 
Report on project success criteria results metrics test and deployment management activities 
Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project 
Procure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
