1) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience; 

2) Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience and 5 years in managing projects; 

3) Experience in working under general direction for mid to senior management for at least seven (7) years; 

4) Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) for five (5) years 

5) Leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs within DEO; and 

6) Contractor shall possess at least two (2) years of working experience with IT and project management as it pertains to program areas such as reemployment services and/or community development or equivalent governmental programs
