- Ability design, code, and unit test software on a predefined schedule using technologies, techniques, and tools to ensure high quality, performance, and reliability, at varying levels of complexity

- Configuration management tools (Change Man preferred)
- IBM Utilities (like IDCAMS, SORT, etc.)
- Archival and reporting tools (CA-View and SAR preferred)
- File transfer protocols like sFTP and tools like File Mover
- Agile methodology and SDLC
- Jira, Confluence and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint mandatory).

- IMS DB/DC, Pacbase, REXX, CLIST
- Working experience with IDE like Topaz, RDz
- Working experience with Soap UI, Toad
- Knowledge of J2EE, Webservices, Cloud based technologies/systems and their interactions with Mainframe based technologies
- Knowledge in Retail Banking, Core Banking systems.
