An Experienced PM with past experience on managing a very large initiative – Global Scale involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

•             Excellent communication skills - senior stakeholder management

Manage multiple workstreams with various Vendors on behalf of client

•             Ability to Manage Financial and Program Reporting

•             Ability to work within a matrix organization involving business stakeholders, IS team, multiple vendors

•             MS suite knowledge and preferably Smartsheet etc.

Our client is implementing a new Quality Management System (QMS) through a product. They will be transitioning around 9 quality processes to the new system. This is a multiyear program that is global in nature and spans all their sites - US, EU, JAPAC

This role would be of a senior program manager with very polished senior stakeholder communication skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams, identify risks and mitigation strategies
