Evaluates testing processes and methods to ensure consistency and to enhance effectiveness of testing across multiple projects. Provides guidance and leverages expertise across the QA organization to enhance technical expertise and to support technologies.
Analyzes production-escaped defects to facilitate root cause analyses and to develop actions for process improvements.
Analyzes project results to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Builds test strategies to define how testing will be conducted.
