Position Summary
The SharePoint Developer will collaborate with multiple business areas to identify SharePoint solutions that
can improve the effectiveness and efficiency of business operations. The SharePoint Developer will be
responsible for analyzing and managing SharePoint change requests, configuring and customizing SharePoint
systems based on business requirements, designing and developing SharePoint applications, and
troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues.

Essential Functions
 Develop timely and innovative solutions with optimal use of technology and resources.
 Gather, analyze, and provide expertise for requirements for SharePoint change requests.
 Configure the company SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
 Design, code, and implement scalable and secure SharePoint solutions.
 Extend SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
 Document SharePoint configuration and solution designs.
 Support testing and defect resolution.
 Respond, address, and resolve issues in a detailed and professional manner.
 Provide technical support for various SharePoint systems.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies
 Skilled in SharePoint configuration and development
 Experience with: SPFX, InfoPath, Nintex, C#, PowerApps, Flow, Designer
 Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products and integration with SharePoint
 Ability to gather requirements and implement solutions that satisfy those requirements
 Analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to manage access and security of SharePoint systems
 Learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 Attention to detail
 Self-motivated
 Familiar with writing SQL queries
 Excellent communication skills

Required Education and Experience
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
 2 years’ experience with SharePoint configuration, development, and maintenance
 Experience with software development in one or more of the following: C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, preferred
 Experience with Relational database systems, preferred
