Experience in ServiceNow Development: 8-12 years

1)            Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, Angular to Able to administer and work with the all components within ServiceNow.

for example: Business Rules, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, CSS Page, UI Policies, Database structure, ACLs, Runbook Orchestration, Event Management, Discovery Comfortable with Integrations: APIs (REST and SOAP), LDAP Bonus if they have knowledge on Infrastructure management

2)            Excellent experience in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).

3)            Good understanding of Modules and Strong working knowledge of Service Now components such as Service Catalog, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management , Demand Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Release Management ,Event Management, Discovery, Service Now Integration with 3rd party vendor application.

4)            Configuring, administering and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

5)            Working closely with our customers to provide solutions and develop the software to fit those needs.

6)            Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.

7)            End-to-End Service Catalog development and complex workflows

8)            Applies innovative technical solutions to business and the application processes

9)            Defines and documents procedures for processes and workflows

10)          Development experience in following areas is mandatory :-

11)          Business Rules, Client Script, Access Control List, Script Includes, Script Action, UI Actions, UI Scripts, UI Policy, Data Policy

12)          Variable, Variable Set, Reference Qualifier and Related List, Import Sets and Data Transform, UI Macros, Jelly, Web Services, Glide Record, Glide AJAX,

13)          Workflows, Inbound and Outbound Actions, Update Sets, List and Forms, Email Notification, Reporting, Discovery (a plus), Email Template, MID Server.

14)          Advanced level of programming with Service Now Application: System Administration & UI development.

15)          Advanced level of programming with Java Script.

16)          Good understanding and knowledge of ITIL process.

17)          Deep knowledge of common software development methodologies, working tools & solutions.
