·         Minimum 8 years’ experience in the software industry on engineering, operations, or release engineering teams.

·         Experience managing complex software testing environments for parallel tracks of multiple work efforts.

·         Expertise in professional software engineering practices and industry best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. Experience in one of the following source control systems: SVN, GIT, Perforce or Clear cases is a plus.

·         Exposure to the following technologies: Hudson/Jenkins, Gradle, Nexus, Unix Shell scripting, LINUX.

·         Good knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Application Servers technologies.

·         Solid knowledge of distributed version control systems (DVCS) such as Git and Mercurial.

·         Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Python.

·         Experience with make, ANT, Ivy, Maven, Jenkins, and Eclipse development platform.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Manage parallel releases pertaining to patches and upgrades collaborating with multiple organizations/teams for resources, environments, timelines etc.

·         Maintain and support a very large source repository for a global development team.

·         Maintain and support daily operation of continuous build & integration across many branches and modules.

·         Maintain and manage cloud & test environments and automation for QA, Product Management and Product Support.

·         Automate and streamline the build/release process and establish best practices. Maintain and Support source control systems (Subversion).
