JOB DETAIL

  • Designing and implementing enterprise scale ServiceNow solutions
  • Collaborating with clients to design innovative solutions with a strong user experience
  • Designing digital prototypes and proof of concepts to demonstrate how clients’ needs can be met with the ServiceNow solution
  • Aligning and leading ServiceNow implementations following client standards designs and best practices
  • Preparing and deploying ServiceNow solutions to Test and Production environments
  • Strong delivery experience leveraging major capabilities within the ServiceNow Platform
  • Delivery experience with multiple software methodologies such as Agile and waterfall
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • Is communicative and able to get good solutions in consultation with the customer
  • Support delivery teams in driving innovation and ServiceNow best practice in the implementation of client solutions
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in design and delivery practices of ServiceNow solutions
  • Manage technical aspects of development teams to deliver full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
  • Act as a role model for the team by always demonstrating the highest standards in technical design and development
  • Advise the client about potential improvements
  • Provide training and coaching to the software developers in the teams
  • Conduct quality reviews of our implementation to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Be the oracle for functional consultants regarding technical possibilities for customized solutions and integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Developer
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow subsystems and configuration.
  • Knowledge of database structures and relationships (logical and physical)
  • Database (logical and physical) knowledge and experience
  • Experience in ServiceNow Platform upgrade
  • Experience in Service Portal implementation
