- Proactively monitor production and non-production micro service-based environments to ensure stability and performance through entire application lifecycle
- Triage and troubleshoot operational issue to identify root cause, and implement long term solutions for identified issues in conjunction with development and Operational teams
- Provide Technical guidance and mentoring to development and quality assurance teams
- Create detailed technical documentation including processes and procedures
- Lead and participate in configuration reviews and implementation
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts and others during the delivery of projects to ensure operational stability, performance and scalability can be maintained and monitored
- Work effectively within a team environment with a positive attitude and collaborative mentality
- Strong LINUX/application engineering expertise is required
- Accurately resolve IT issues in a timely manner
- In depth working knowledge of LINUX based systems and architectures
- Familiarity with Java and JVM based applications including tuning and troubleshooting
- Automation of tasks using various scripting languages and pipelines
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of operations and support experience
- Linux/Unix administration
- Java Applications using Springboot
