Managers Summary:
-Mgr. leads the inventory finance IT team which is coming over to HNB. Its net-new line of business to HNB. We are underway of bringing over existing applications from the TCF systems
-This is for a dev/engineer role, but we are looking for someone who will help transition a service from one platform to another
-they’ll need to be able to understand the implementation.
-they won’t be building net-new
Q&A:
Regarding the BI stack information. How much SSIS,RS, And AS do they need?
-we are looking to help with the deployment. We are changing our processes from development to testing . they will need to be able to look underneath the code to identify what is happening.
*the more the person is hands on and can work with limited direction is ideal.
What selling components should we sell to the candidates?
-we like to say were a great place to work. We have a lot of work to do to get to CD1 which is Columbus Day.
-coming into the HNB environment, there is likelihood that we will need more resources as we move forward and this is great exposure if they are successful in this role
What are you specifically looking for on resumes?
-relevant previous experience, strong communication skills.
Is this a support type position?
-I wouldn’t say its support because we have a lot to action in order to stand up this environment..
-a lot of times we will have to change code to fit within the new environment so there could be the opp to update code
Interview process?
-We are going to try to jump on this pretty quickly. It ll likely be a two-part process at the most. We are prepared to move pretty quickly on this
