- Full working knowledge of material master in SAP ECC/ SAP S4HANA (SAP S4HANA preferred)
- Knowledge of customer/vendor master preferred
- Prior SAP retail experience preferred
- Able to work and perform tasks independently alongside the team
- Proficient with excel and has knowledge of basic formulas along with VLOOKUP and PIVOT TABLES
- Able to work and support different time zones as needed on ad-hoc basis
- Skilled at performing audits on a weekly basis to ensure data accuracy of material master
- Support team in completing tickets in JIRA and ensuring our SLA’s are met
- An individual that can help provide daily support and work alongside with the team and provide some additional knowledge/experience to the team.
- Someone that can help support day to day activities along with some questions the team may have around certain tickets that come in.
