- Prior experience working in the Agriculture domain with Data, related analysis, testing / validation, and reporting
- Minimum of 2 years of Power BI experience
- Strong understanding of Power BI (both Power BI Desktop and Service)
- Fluency writing DAX Measures and Calculated Columns
- Data Preparation: Fluency using Power Query and writing SQL queries for data preparation.
- Data Visualization Skills: being able to quickly provide meaningful insights from data and apply best practices at reporting.
- Documenting all Power BI new and already existing assets, processes, and procedures
- Good, applied statistic skills, statistical methods, analysis techniques and general mathematics knowledge ability
- Strong leadership, partnership, and excellent communication skills to engage directly with business partners and customers.
- Ability to coordinate with all levels of the organization to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems
- Ability to influence without authority
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in business, statistics, MIS or related field
- Prior experience working in the Agriculture Sustainability domain with supporting Data needs and partner reporting
- Understanding of common data warehousing methodology and architecture (Star Schema)
- Experience with SQL and writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with M Language for Power Query
- Experience with Power BI Paginated Report Builder
