·         Somewhat similar to Anthony but the differences would be they wanted more marketing analytics capability to explain the marketing data. He needs this but it is less of an emphasis on that but more so on tools. SQL, Tableau, data visualization. Open to software similar to Tableau but needs a strong background in other data visualization standpoint.

·         Someone who can look at the data and tell a story. BI developers can build a report but he wants a story and to build insight. A marketing background would be ideal but he can flex on this.

·         Team of 10 so needs this person to independently operate and he can do some work with them as well.
