• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and solutioning
• Experienced in managing the customer engagement providing day-to-day leadership.

• Acts as technical resource for team members
- Analyzing the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
- Responsible to gather/analyze customer requirements and recommend optimum solution for data/analytics platform
- Involve in project planning and deliverables, monitored issues, communicate status/business impact to customer leadership
- Work closely with Customer's architects and Product owners to define implementation and deployment approach for the project
- Gather requirements for new features and tools to be implemented within the business application environment
- Help design, document and maintain system processes.
- Ensure that team adheres to client code standards, overall global design alignment, change management process and required documentation is in place
- Provide mentoring, guidance to project team members, including offshore team member
- Work with the Customer's IT and Business Stakeholders to coordinate design and configuration activities. Support testing, deployment, and train the trainer
