Primary skillsets for this role on SP environment should be: 

• Develops and maintains style sheets, java scripts, html, graphical content and layouts that are used on multiple web pages and sites;

• Strong FrontEnd Web Development Skills;

• Understand the SP webparts, lists items, and content editing;

• Knowledge of workflow documents and assist the user/agency;

• Ability to train the user/agency with the new 2019 environment.

During the migration:

• Ability to quick edit/update the page content between the 2010 to 2019

• Understand page web parts content and can quick update/fix the difference between 2010 and 2019

• Ability to work on the style library’s custom css and/or js script to update the site’s different look and feel, implement the google analytic, and search function codes.

After the migration:

• Ability to create and develop the training documents for the Agency.
