Roles/Responsibilities (5 – 8 day to day candidate’s responsibilities)

  • Manage internal privacy assessments and contribute toward a global data privacy framework
  • Create DA privacy policies and drive adoption across North American business units
  • Act as SME for designated projects/assignments Research and navigate important privacy issues with stakeholders and provide technical advice, project management support and policy recommendations Ensure standards are applied by all the stakeholders
  • Provide feedback on documents with Legal and Compliance teams to endure Data Analytics policy is incorporated
  • Provide recommendations and supporting documentation for new or proposed data standards, business rules and policy (in conjunction with the Governance Council as appropriate)
  • Provide perspectives in defining and continually evolving the roadmap for data privacy efforts based upon strategic business objectives, existing capabilities/programs, cultural considerations and a general understanding of emerging technologies and governance models/techniques
  • Participate in the creation of a single set of global privacy standards and monitors compliance within dedicated sectors/projects

  • 7 years of experience working in Data Privacy or Data Security and Compliance within a global organization
