- Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, or Project Management
- Preferred Certifications: PMP Certification and/ or Scrum Master
- Experience managing software integrations
- Waterfall and Agile experience required
- 2-3 years’ experience in project management (minimum)
- Experience with Teams, Jira, and Confluence
- Time management and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Financial Services experience highly preferred
Responsibilities & Duties
- Accountable for working project budget and status reporting
- Defines and manages scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization activities for initiatives of medium size and complexity
- Ensure new/ updated processes are tested and will deliver planned business benefits
- Ensure text plans and outcomes are used to specify user instructions
- Ensure that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviews, and that lessons learned are recorded
- Facilitates input from stakeholders, provides constructive challenge, and enables effective prioritization of requirements
- Identifies, assesses and manages risks and issues to ensure the success of the project.
- Investigates, manages, and applies authorized requests for changes to base-lined requirements, in line with change management policy.
- Monitors costs, timeline and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
- Works with vendors to ensure collaboration with the core project team and required IT resources.
- Experience:
- Must have 2-3 years’ experience managing Software Integrations projects
- Must have Waterfall/ Agile experience
- Familiarity with Teams, Jira, and Confluence
- Financial industry experience HIGHLY preferred
- Certifications: PMP Certification AND/ OR Scrum Master certification
