JOB DETAIL


-Lead and Manage the Scrum team to meet the business timelines for the deliverables assigned to the team.
- Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.
- Facilitate the prioritization and removal of impediments, paying particular attention to crossteam dependencies.
- Ensuring that all Scrum events/ceremonies(Daily Scrum/Backlog Grooming/Sprint
Retrospective/Sprint Planning/Sprint Demos etc) take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
- Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams.
- Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality.
-Work closely with the Chief Product Owner to deliver a potentially releasable product increment at least every Sprint
- Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
- Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
- Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment; and,
- Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed. Release Delivery Manager Responsibilities
-Monitor release progress and provide status updates on a daily basis.
-Support end to end deployment of the Release and report any issues.
-Co-ordinate with stakeholders to Manage the release end to end and manage any defects that are reported
