•             Organize and facilitate  project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings

•             Engage with UX to design the community template and get it developed after Business signoff

•             Should be able to advises business and articulates the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality

•             Should works closely with Salesforce representative to implement new solutions

•             Uses Rally / Jira for  Agile project management, create and monitor product backlog, Sprint backlog, bug tracking, key metrics and estimation

•             Well versed with SFDC community  Cloud, preferably with Customer/Partner communities set up, and knowledge of lightning components.

•             Help configure out-of-the-box features of Salesforce Lightning Experience and lightining components.

•             Demonstrates Salesforce Community functionalities to business users and integrations to other internal systems

•             Experienced in working with clients to map out their existing Business Processes and providing system-based solutions that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.

•             Track sprint milestones and provided regular updates to leadership, executives and stakeholders.

•             Strong knowledge & experience working in teams implementing Agile Methodologies.

•             Nice to have  salesforce certifications preferably on  Community cloud & Sales Cloud

•             Offshore team coordination and can get work done
