·         Strong understanding of and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifacts

·         Agile/Scrum Fundamentals – WHY and HOW

·         Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

·         Experience in systems analysis / project management type roles

·         Ability to look beyond the day to day process. Should have a zeal to add value to the organization

·         Maintaining and updating the Squad's process metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and transparent communications to business partners

·         Driving a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices

·         Assist the Implementation Manager in prioritizing workload of others based on urgency, risk, importance, and client expectations.
