• Working within an agile project team to help define the sprint backlog and relative sizing of epics and stories.
• Partner with development teams to understand the end to end flow and help define integration points and technology dependencies.
• Collaborate with global cross functional team in building customer-centric products
• Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
• Exceptional analytical skills, able to apply expertise to drive complex, technical and highly commercial solutions
• Facilitate Scrum events and other ad-hoc meetings for teams.
• Facilitating multi-team events like Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and story mapping.
• Assist Product Owners and teams in technical story writing, backlog maintenance and prioritization and planning.
• Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs.
• Serve as teams’ or programs’ information radiator, representing the team or program to senior management, stakeholders and sponsors.
• Participate in Agile Communities of Practice across Goldman Sachs

Basic Qualifications

• B.S. or higher in Computer Science.
• 10 years experience across technology and project management.
• Familiar with Agile software development principles and various ceremonies etc.
• Development background experience is preferred
• Experience leveraging test driven development techniques
