o             5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.

o             Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.

o             Expert ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues.

o             Experience with multiple Agile methods and practices (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
