Resolve L1/L2 incident and do Root cause analysis.
Co-ordinate patch upgrades, bug fixes and other product support issues / escalations with Application support team.
Replicate the DEV/UAT instance after doing the clone from production instance.
Implementation and maintenance of NOSql Oracle DB in coordination with user level security policy.
Configure Connection pools, heapsize, etc as per the NOSql Oracle DB application Usages.
Perform Backup and restoration .
Defines procedures for monitoring and evaluates, diagnoses and establishes work plan to resolve system issues.
Good knowledge on Kvstore to Extend a KVStore by increasing the replication factor or capacity of the KVStore.
Co-ordinate with other stakeholder teams (Application teams, DB support team and Project teams) to effectively resolve application issues impacting the servers.
