-           Use machine learning, deep learning and other data science techniques to create advanced analytics solutions to business problems.

-           Wrangle large datasets, identify critical information, develop and test hypotheses and make data-driven recommendations.

-           Design, develop and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models.

-           Collaborate with business partners, solution managers and data engineers to define and quantify business problems and help implement appropriate analytics solutions.

-           Create dashboards in AWS Quicksight to represent the analytics visually.

Required Skills:           

-           3+ years of working experience using one or more of the following: machine learning, regression, natural language processing.

-           3+ years of working experience in using open-source data science technologies such as Python, R, Spark, SQL, etc.

-           2+ years of experience in AWS cloud platform

-           Prior Experience with SAP ERP or experience in analysis of data from SAP

-           Prior Experience in HR or People analytics

Additional Requirements --

-           Master’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong focus on use of predictive analytics and optimization

-           Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or AWS Quicksight

-           Ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear, precise, and actionable manner
