Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, data integration and infrastructure
Providing technical leadership to the application development team
Understand data integration required, work with data modeler and architect to define data architecture, integration architecture
Performing design and code reviews
Ensuring that application design standards are followed
Understand and analyze requirements from business users, understand functional specifications of rules
Learn business rules engine product using online demos and courses and start configuring and creating rules in a short span of time (2 weeks)
Understand business rule engine application architecture, components and define application architecture.
Collaborate with multiple client stakeholders (data architects, cloud architect, DBA) to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards.
Break down implementation of architecture into development activities for integration team, rule engine development team allocate work to the team, collaborate with team leads for completion
Support QMO team during testing cycles – analyze data, fix defects, and redeploy
Highlight any challenges or issues in rule hierarchy and structure and work with team lead to remediate
Collaborate with third party vendor professional services for business rule engine implementation.
Collaborate with Sabre for data integration and work with integration team lead for implementation.
Create necessary documentation on functional and technical specification of rules
Understand change and release management process defined by client and follow the same for any deployment.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in defining application architecture and implementation of application modernization projects.
Proficiency programming using - C#, .Net, jReact.Js, Node.JS, JavaScript, PHP, HTML5
Proficiency in application design and implementation.
Database knowledge in; SQL, or Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, RedShift
Experience in building REST services, WCF services, Web applications
DevOps experience using Jenkins
Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding, and documentation as well as change management procedures
Proficiency using versioning tools: GIT
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately
Experience using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology

Required Experience
15+ years of IT development/programming/coding professional work experience
5+ years of experience as an architect with relevant experience
1-2 yrs. experience in low code/no code platform development
1-2 yrs. Experience in Business rule Engine such as Drools

Education
• Bachelor’s /Master’s Degree in Computer Science
• Relevant Development certifications
