JOB DETAIL

Act as an Order Management (OM) functional consultant, responsible for designing and implementing multiple Oracle ERP Cloud core application modules in Order-to-Cash flow, as follow:

Determine requirements by interviewing business users, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions.

Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support delivery of business requirements.

Create business process models based on the requirements.

Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client's unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit.

Use Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates, and method and able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements.

Engage with business stakeholders to understand data improvement and focus areas of business for Information Management.

Work with users to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with various teams – Technical, QA, Infrastructure (offshore-onsite model) to handle the integration and acceptance testing.

A minimum of 12+ years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations involving Order Management across industry domains.

Worked on 2 or 3 full life cycle implementations in Order Management, Global Order Promising, Configurator & pricing etc. within Oracle ERP Cloud with hands-on experience.

Strong business communication and customer management skills.

Having expertise in Rapid Implementation template to do configuration

Experience in all key OM setups such as Order types, approvals, pricing algorithms, Transformation rules etc.

Experience in Order-to-cash end to end process, Order entry, booking, scheduling & fulfillment and interface to PIM, Inventory.

Experience in all key Inventory, Costing, BOM (kits), Scheduling and Fulfilment  setups

Experience with GOP/ATP implementation

Experience in OM Extensions, Order Orchestration and transformations rules. Also, experience in Pricing extensions, Algorithms, Pricing Matrix and Service Mappings.

Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

Experience in integrations between Oracle fusion and external (3rd party) source systems for Order imports and Fulfillment.

Experience in Order Management transactional reporting (OTBI/BI)

Preferably should be a Certified/Trained on Oracle Order Management Cloud 20B/20C
