• Engineering Graduation from reputed institute, with above 8 to 14 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum of 3 experience in technical lead role having led other developers and direction of the project through the SDLC using Agile
• Experience in Windows based GUI application development
• Ability to gather requirements across all phases and translate to design and plan deliverables
• Proven experience in project management and software development   
• Experience in tracking project performance goals. Communicating progress against deliverables
• Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
• Hands on development experience in VC++, .Net 4.0 / 4.5 with C#.Net Win forms GUI based programming design
• Strong WPF Experience with Knowledge on MVVM and frameworks.
• Experience in Unit Testing like NUnit, Visual Studio Unit Testing.
• Exposure to Managed C++, Un Managed C++, Good knowledge to Threading Concepts, Inter Process Communications, Socket Programming, Design skills and Design patterns.
• Experience in xml, Binary files management (Create/Read/Write/Update), Knowledge in Hardware Interaction (USB) , Serial Port Communication and Bit Process communication.
• Experience in Agile/Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)  Software development Methodology , Configuration Management Tools and Processes

• Experience in Agile tools such as JIRA or VersionOne.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline experience (ex:Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.)
• Experience with mobile app development is an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task.
•  Familiarity with UX design is a strong plus.
