Handle new development/maintenance projects scope based on sprint timelines 

Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other key Agile ceremonies. 

Work closely and collaborate with other scrum team members on the product backlogs prioritized 

Develop and test software solutions following the software development lifecycle, prepare and install solutions and provide warranty support for the changes post deployment. 

Handle production support ( Incident and Problems workflow) for the applications in scope, working with other onsite and offshore team members 

Handle incidents and problems response and resolution activities within agreed SLAs 

Coordinate activities among other onsite and offshore members in the team 

Monitor application logs, Identify opportunities to improve application reliability and availability. 

Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
