   72 Months experience in creating secure web applications in Microsoft .Net in a team environment.

2.            36 Months experience programming applications in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), MVC, JQuery, JSON, and C#.NET, using .NET Framework 4.0 or above

3.            24 Months experience in designing/architecting web applications which accessible (meet accessibility laws and regulations) and are responsive; able to be viewed on multiple different platforms and screen sizes (Desktop computer, tablet phone etc.) using the same code base.

4.            60  Months experience in developing stored procedures, functions, packages in MS SQL Server 2008 or higher using TSQL

5.            48 Months experience writing unit tests

6.            48 Months experience maintaining application code in Team Foundation Server

7.            36 Months experience in development using Agile/Scrum

8.            36 Months experience with secure coding methodologies. This should include the ability to troubleshoot and address defects as they relate to security.
