·         Experience on warehouse management system Preferably MRS or HighJump

·         Closely work with SME or stakeholders and define business needs and objectives

·         Expertise on various methods and techniques to elicit requirements

·         Identify business benefits, define measures, business KPIs

·         Work closely with Prodcut owner and prioritize the requirements

·         Business rule, Process Flow Mapping and tracing business benefits or values to requirements and objectives

·         Create product backlog and groom the team

·         Create Epic and Stories in JIRA with acceptance criteria

·         Identification and tracking of gaps and dependencies

·         Assessment of business value and the impact on the project

·         Support change request, trainings, business readiness, implementation of measures

·         Triage QA and UAT defects to ensure viability prior to reporting to development

·         Strong analytical skills and perform gap analysis

·         Good communication skills

·         Experience working on multi-vendor and global team
