·        Ability to hit the ground running, work independently and take full ownership of all testing deliverables from day one.

·        Conduct workshops for defining scope, end to end scenarios with various work stream business leads.

·        Drive towards formulating a robust test plan and guide the project team in achieving the objectives as set in the test plan.

·        Expert usage of HP ALM. Should have hands on experience of uploading requirements, test cases, building trace matrix, test execution and defect management processes.

·        Experience of working in ERP is a huge bonus and a massive advantage

·        Possess sound knowledge around supply chain and distribution processes.

·        Any experience of working in Life Sciences industry will be beneficial but not essential.

·        Strong interpersonal and stakeholder level communication skills.

·        Ability to report testing progress precisely and concisely to senior management on a day to day basis.

Expected skill set

• Minimum of 8+ years of IT Software QA experience
• BS in Computer science or equivalent
• Experience in supporting and /or leading production releases/project test efforts
• Experience in ERP systems.
• Experience in SAP is plus.
• Experience in test automation and tools experience (Selenium, UFT)
• Experience with testing tools, primarily HP ALM
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle in a waterfall, agile or iterative model
• Experience in applying quality management best practices and implementing application lifecycle management that includes requirements management, test planning and execution, defects tracking and reporting, test automation and results analysis
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies
• Programming experience with good DB skills is a plus
• Excellent team player, verbal and written communications skills, customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
