? Minimum7-10 years of Software Development experience in Java
? Knowledgeof relational and NoSQL databases and web service development standards andpractices, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and SOA services.
? Expertin Functional Programming approaches, preferably in Java
? Experienceworking with containers, and managed container orchestrators(Kubernetes/OpenShift) in the cloud (For example AWS Elastic KubernetesService, Azure Kubernetes Service, Red Hat OpenShift)
? Experiencewith microservices management like istio
? Knowledgeof Authentication and Authorization protocols like oAuth2.0 and openID Connectetc.
? Cloud-nativedevelopment in the Spring/Spring Boot ecosystem and strong working knowledge ofdeveloping and deploying applications in major cloud providers (AWS or Azure)
? Experiencein cloud managed services and DB (RDS, NoSQL/DynamoDB, serverless, etc.)
? DevSecOpsand/or automation experience in code testing, building, and deployment usingtools like VeraCode, SonarQube, Tekton (preferred) or Jenkins, GitHub and/orGitLab.
? Haveimplemented code coverage, code complexity, code quality.
? ConsideringObservability, Monitoring, Logging, and Tracing as part of developmentleveraging managed services like AWS cloud watch, jaegar, kiali and Dynatraceetc.
? Experiencewith Test Driven Development, exposure to Behavior Driven Development
? Knowledgeof Agile methodologies and experience working in an agile developmentenvironment using workload management tools like VersionOne.
? Experiencewith system integrations, optimizing performance and data integrity.
? Passionfor driving continuous improvement.
? Proactiveand able to quickly pick up new technologies.
? Strongtechnical and non-technical communication skills. Assures smooth flowing,timely transmission of critical information.

Responsibilities:
? Designand develop business, application, data, and infrastructure solutions, seekopportunities to optimize performance, maintain and troubleshoot applicationcomponents as required in the cloud.
? Playan active role in the architecture and be a key voice in technical initiativesand projects requiring integration of cross-functional systems.
? Designand develop with consideration for Non-Functional Requirements (Scalability,Reliability, Availability, Observability, Fault Tolerance, Security, andMaintainability).
? Createsystem documentation/playbook(s) and serve as technical reviewer andcontributor in requirements, design, and code review
? Developtest case design, perform test case execution, and work with product teams toresolve identified issues
? Havethe continuous improvement mindset on all areas of development and deployment.
? Useand contribute to the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery process
? Writewell designed, non-complex, testable, efficient code.
? Collaboratewith developers across multiple products to build consensus on creation ofreusable application components.
? Aidand cover for other team members where required, including troubleshooting andmaintenance of production systems/programs/applications.
