● Ensuring user stories are groomed and ready for the development team

● Gathers requirements, manages and prioritizes the backlog

● Works closely with Product Management to build differentiation strategy

● Communicates any issues or concerns to ensure end deliverables are met on time

● Advocates for the customer on behalf of the development team

● Prioritizes bug and defect resolution within sprints

● Accepts stories alongside embedded testers based on defined acceptance criteria

Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience of being a Product Owner / Business Analyst

● Experience with Agile software development methodologies, Scrum is a plus

● Excellent communication, customer management, and project management skills

● Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills

● Proven track record of delivering customer-driven functionality

● Ability to influence stakeholders when determining viable solutions

● Technical product knowledge and domain expertise working with product or service catalog solutions at scale

● Self-managing and organized
